I read this book in 2020-2021. I know it is a series of books. I'm looking for the first one. It is set in Britain during the future. Magic is looked down upon and there is a magic caste system for the people who do have magic. But the normal humans don't like magic and will turn people with magic into the police. There are other beings who are also on earth who have power over the humans. There have yellow blood and can be hurt by flowers. There are these bad/evil creatures that kill both the humans and the other beings.
