I've seen this book a while back on Audible, didn't wish list it when I found it for some reason....

From what I remember about the book's description-
The MC is a YA and a commoner, he'd been transporting goods to another town when he was attacked by some monster/beast. This creature cut off one of the MC's arms during the encounter. After around a week or so later, the MC's arm grew back, but it was in the same form as the creature that cut it off earlier. This leads the MC to learn about his new arms powers and abilities and how it can benefit him.

From what it I can remember of the book cover-
It featured the MC in the center, who's I believe left arm is similar to some monster/creature.
