SOLVED. YA Fantasy retelling of Snow White but I think she is part troll and the step mother is the step mother of the prince? [s]

Okay so the main character is the adopted daughter of an innkeeper who is a bit awkward and clumsy and everyone thinks she is a little ugly. One day as some royalty is passing through, she gets hired as a lady in waiting and travels to the palace. She finds this mirror that makes her beautiful in exchange for something or causes her pain to make her beautiful, and she figures out that the wife to be of the prince/king(?) is also using that mirror. Also I think the king is sick/dying. Anyways, the main character falls in love with the prince and he falls in love back with her. The wife to be lady gets super jealous and traps her in the mirror. Once she escapes the mirror and goes and stays with the trolls who tell her she is actually very beautiful and definitely part troll because of her magic hair color. She still gets poisoned and the prince comes and saves her. I vaguely remember an angry fairy in the mirror causing problems but I'm not sure. I read this book 2011-2015 ish, so it was probably in my middle school library.
