Steve, your books sounds so amazing that I just pre-ordered myself a copy and texted a few friends about it. Can't wait!
Never read October Game, that's very intriguing, ha!

Edited to add: Now I'm not sure...I thought that one was in The October Country, but I don't see it in the table of contents. I must be confusing that one with something else. Now I'm going to have to track it down.
Best of luck with your new release!

Greetings, I'm Steven Rigolosi, author of THE HAUNTING OF KINNAWE HOUSE, which will be published at the end of this month (April 2022). It's a traditional haunted house story, with malevolent ghosts and a dual timeline.
If it sounds like your cup of tea, it is available on NetGalley.
If you don't have access to advance copies through NetGalley, I will be doing a Goodreads giveaway shortly after publication, and I'll announce that here.
If you are a reviewer with a blog or other social media presence, but you don't have access to NetGalley, please contact me directly and I will find a way to get the book to you!
If you choose to read it, I hope you will find it to be a scary good time.
My most recent foray into horror (as a reader) is Ray Bradbury's short story, "The October Game," which is downright gruesome ... or just a big psychological trick. I've read Bradbury's novels but not his short stories, and this one made quite an impression. I also read Lord Dunsany's "Two Bottles of Relish" after hearing it described as a classic. It, too, is not for the faint of heart or weak of stomach.
Thanks, and regards to all,
Steve
