“We will discuss who will be going after the meeting. I think the time has come for me to name my choice as deputy.” Whisperstar began as his eyes scanned the crowd.” The warrior I have chosen has been a great friend and I would trust them with my life.” Whisperstar stood tall.” I say these words before StarClan, so that the spirits of our warrior ancestors may hear and approve of my choice. The new deputy of Stormclan is Rosewing.”
DripPaw sat on a bed of leaves and twigs her tail flickering with the wind as it blew in her face. She wasn't much on talking as she eyes the camp and the cats around her. slowly she closed her eyes in complete and utter serenity. She slowly laid down her bed crunching beneath her the day was peaceful and she wanted to savor each minute of it. yet, this was always interrupted by the sounds of playing kits and the chatter of other cats. It was safe to say DripPaw was very antisocial.
DripPaw waited as time slowly flew by before getting up and stretching. As she glanced around most of the members were off eating and doing whatever they felt like doing. DripPaw slowly padded off of her "bed" and stopped a moment to feel the wet dewy grass beneath her. Inhaling deeply she continued walking. She kept looking behind her as if she were being followed or looking for someone. she found where the others were eating and sat waiting for everyone else to disperse so she could eat the scraps of what's left to get her fill. She hated eating when others didn't so she always ate last after everyone had gotten their stomachs full. Her jade eyes scanned the crowd as she watched over the others. she knew nothing bad would happen but you could never be sure enough in this new territory.
Rosewing smiled at Owlwhisper. "Thank you, Owlshisper" she said. She walked up to Whisperstar, surprised that he picked her to be deputy. "It's an honor to be deputy, sir, I will do my best to help you in any way I can" she said, dipping her head to the leader.
DripPaw was just watching she was proud of the kit but didn’t congratulate them.
DripPaw stretched once again having the urge to no longer be around the other cats at this moment she headed into the forest her tail hanging low dragging in the dewy grass behind her. Her ears up and constantly moving as she listened for anyone if they were to follow.
Drippaw entered the camp the kit dangling from her mouth as she made her way over to the medcats den.

The kit was asleep after the long journey
DripPaw dropped the kit softly on the floor of the medcats den and sat beside him. She watched the little thing sleep his soft breathing was a relief to her knowing he was ok on the outside to still be alive. She didn't even want to think of what happened to the she-cat,"I can't believe someone would make you watch them kill your own mother." DripPaw said talking to herself. She soon too lay beside the kit curling her tail around him to keep him warm.
She wanted to wait beside him until the medicine cat came to make sure he didn't wonder off or worse.
The kit woke up "Mama? Mama..I can't see!"
DripPaw nudged the kitten,“Calm down little one..”
"Thank you," Emberpaw said, yawning. She needed to sleep.
DripPaw sighed,“I was out just walking around and found him in the brush next to a dead she-cat”
DripPaw stood up and glanced at Owlwhisper. She turned to leave but turned back saying,"Please come get me when you're done with the poor kit. In the mean time I have to think about what we are going to do with it and if I should take it back from once it came . . ." and with that DripPaw left quite slowly.
"I can't see!" Soxs Cried out "Mommy, where are you!!"
DripPaw hadn't wondered far she sat back on her pile of sticks and leaves pondering of what she was going to do. She had to go back into the woods and find those rouge cats again so they could talk about a plan of how she were to get the kit back out there without being seen.
The kit's eyes were cloudy like fog in the morning.
Emberpaw's tail flicked restlessly as she fell into another dream...
"My father was taken by an owl when i was born, or that is what Mama said" The black and white kitten said looking the other direction though he thought he was talking to The older cat
"The twolegs we used to live with called me Soxs but my parents called me BlackKit"
DripPaw entered the camp once more and padded her way into the Medicine Cat's den again,"Owlwhisper?" she called out quietly.
DripPaw nodded quickly and stepped back out.
Whisperstar stepped down from the high rock and walked over to the edge of camp to think about the events of today. He’d have to wait to find out more about this kit but currently did not want to overwhelm the medicine cat den with his presence.
Rosewing and Flamefeather were troubled by the meeting at Moonpool. They didn't know what to think or how to react."I'm going to speak to Whisperstar" Rosewing said.
Flamefeather nodded, wondering how their leader would handle the situation.
Rosewing padded up to Whisperstar. She dipped her head to the leader. "Whisperstar, may I speak to you for a minute?" she asked.
“Of course Rosewing” Whisperstar nodded and pointed towards his den with his tail to have her follow him. He walked over to his den and waited for her to begin.
"I'm concerned about the meeting at Moonpool. How are we going to prepare for the fire if it does happen?" she asked.
DripPaw shot up quickly and ran to OwlWhisper,"I'll alert the elders you find Whisperstar and the others!" she ran off quickly afraid this would be the end of their clan once more.
Whisperstar heard the shout and looked at Rosewing.”We may be to late.” He ran out of his den and towards Owlwhisper quickly.” We need to discuss this now before the fire spreads. I’ve been thinking of the safest locations to evacuate our clan and I think we’d be safe here but our issue might be smoke. The only clan that I think would be better off is Blazeclan. Should we go to them since we would not worry about losing anyone to smoke?”
Rosewing heard Owlwhisper's shout and looked at the smoke, horrified "What do we do?" she asked.Flamefeather began to panic not knowing what to do. But, he thought of the elders and kits. "Alert the queens too so they can get their kits!" he called to Drippaw.
Nightflame emerged from the bushes, entering the StormClan camp. "Quickly! We have agreed to share our territory. To BlazeClan" he said.
“We will go to Blazeclan. Once we get there we wait out this fire and once we are safe. I will lead a small party back to camp to make sure we still have a camp to return back to.” Whisperstar responded to Rosewing and looked around.” Flamefeather I want you to gather everybody by the entrance..” he looked around his eyes landing in his apprentice.”Skypaw please go and ask Owlwhisper to gather what herbs she deems Necessary and help her bring them along with us.”
Flamefeather nodded. "Everyone, follow me! We need to evacuate immediately" he said.Rosewing was worried. "What if the camp is completely destroyed? Where will we go then?" she asked.
Nightflame stood next to Flamefeather helping get the StormClan cats out of camp.
“Everyone please follow Flamefeather to Blazeclan.”Whisperstar told his clan and looked at Rosewing again.” I do not know but we have overcome so much and we will do so again. Help me check all the dens and then we will follow behind and make sure we have no stragglers.” He responded softly and watched as his clan started to leave

Rosewing went to find Emberpaw, She saw her sleeping in the medicine den. "Emberpaw! Wake up! We need to leave now! You're prophecy... has come true" said said
Emberpaw woke and yowled. The den was starting to go up in flames. "Rosewing! We need to get out!" she said. She noticed a patch of flames lower than the rest. "Jump through there!"
Rosewing nodded. She jumped through the flames, but her tail slightly grazed the flames. She winced in pain once she was out of the medicine den. "Quick! Flamefeather is leading the way. Let's go!" she said.
Emberpaw leaped over, smelling singed fur, and followed. "Thanks for coming back for me!"

DripPaw soon too made it out carrying dragging an elder through the flames by the scruff of their while others followed slowly. Patches of her fur were singed where her skin was lightly visible. Some were left behind but she knew it was too late. She bowed her head apologetically and continued on trying to find her clan mates.
DripPaw lowered the elder cat down and padded over to the other five cats," Is everyone okay?" she gasped trying to catch her breath because of all of the smoke she had breathed in.
“Grayshine where was the last place you saw Finchheart”Whisperstar told the elder calmly and looked around..”I will go look for him but I need you all to start heading over to Blazeclan.”
Soxs was coughing as he was dragged through the fire
DripPaw sat for the seconds of rest she did have before they'd set off to the BlazeClan. She just kept huffing and sneezing as she could barely breathe herself.
Rosewing smiled at Emberpaw. "Of course!" she said. She looked at her tail and noticed the burn. "Thank you, Owlwhisper" she said."Let's get out of here!" Nightflame said.
"Everyone, follow me!" Flamefeather said. He led the way to BlazeClan, feeling scared, but he knew it would be safer there than to stay in StormClan.
DripPaw hoisted herself up with what strength she had left and followed Flamefeather at a very slow pace. She knew any place was safer than here.
Whisperstar nodded and took off toward the dirt place hoping to catch a scent of the old tom.”Finchheart..?” He called out hoping to hear something
DripPaw soon stopped and laid down again needing to catch her breath. She closed her eyes and pressed her head to the ground as she thought to herself, " I could catch up later I need a minute. I feel like an elder at this point." she continued to huff slightly before forcing herself to get up again and walking to Owlwhisper,
"Do you need me to do anything?" she asked breathlessly.
