SOLVED. Children’s book 3 girls/sisters and aunt (Deborah?) in pool

Looking for a short hardback illustrated children’s book I read around 2006, I think it was probably published between 1995 and then. I remember the cover possibly having a swimming pool with the woman in sunglasses and an inter tube on it. There were 3 girls I think, who went to an aunt or teacher’s house or something. The woman’s name might have been something like Deborah or Debby (or perhaps that’s the author)? The girls might have had a snow day and did some kind of art project/poster. Please help lol I swear this is a real book and my sister is trying to tell me I’m making it up.
