Gay main protagonists, multiple pov, antagonist is a god

I CANNOT remember a book i want to finish reading about a man and his team who are agents? Or something like that. Their boss turns out to be a god secretly walking the earth, reincarnated by stealing the bodies of his descendants and the main character was like, born specifically to be an ally for him? And then he finds out about another goddess that was trapped by the first one and he ends up setting her loose and then gets rescued by a guy who is apparently able to shapeshift into a dragon? And they start falling in love, and theres also a girl who is the princess of another country and her moms body is stolen by the goddess the main protagonist freed.

There is WAY too many things happening in this story to look it up successfully by myself, but its driving me nuts and i need to find it somehow

It opened in the first one with a guy and his brother asked him to help the team with a mission. That first guy's girlfriend is the secret princess.
