I finished Anatomy of a Murder. Expected a bit more but looking forward to the movie with Jimmy Stewart. Lately I've been hooked on the show, Banshee. Just started the second season.

Going to start Ghouls, Ghouls, Ghouls today since it's finally come in. Those books are fun, and thankfully I have the rest of the series lined up on the bookshelves. Also going to start Wolf's Bane for Calliope, meant to start it yesterday but I'm slow.

Unfortunately work resumes tomorrow - ack! My friend gave me a lot of facial stuff so today going to be a mini spa/reading day in between TV and other stuff.

I see a read date, but maybe it's confused because it's a re-read, and Goodreads has an older version also on my shelves. Removed the old and changed the read date again on the date read one. That should fix it (hopefully)

Whew - I finished three books today. Legendborn (so fun but now I'm dying for book 2 in November!), Malibu Rising (which I really enjoyed!), and The Little Book of Hygge: The Danish Way to Live Well.

Not sure what's up next - I have 4 audiobooks checked out right now, but we'll see if anything comes up in the morning!

What part of Alaska? We fell in love with Juneau when we went. Glad you are having fun!

Just got back from Ireland. So amazing, and we only saw a part of the country. Not much reading done and no access to the spreadsheets. I'll get up to speed soon. I'll finish a book or two this week as well.

I won't read them all by August 15th but for whoever writes the comedy and tragedy, if you see books that would be helpful please add them to the spreadsheet and I'll see them and get them read. Sorry I fell off posting this week. I was on vacation for a total of three days before I ended up filling in last-minute teching a new show. It's been nonstop, so I haven't read anything.

I have Ariadne and Malibu Rising from the library, so I'm hopeful I can start those this weekend. Now that this show is open I can catch up on my tbr.

The Reverse Dewey Readathon is starting tonight my time at 8 pm so I am going to be doing a lot of reading tonight and tomorrow in between sleep. Have worked on Wolf's Bane a few nights this week after work and almost done with that one. Also did some audio today of another book but plenty of hours left on that one.

I finished Second First Impressions today - cute but also kinda weird? LOL

I got the next Wheel of Time book and Ariadne from the library today, so I think I'm going to try and get Ariadne done first and take care of the BOM and then start The Shadow Rising. I think... maybe? We'll see what I feel like reading tomorrow during my chores. :)

Either tomorrow or Sunday I'm going to play with the mini a little bit, see what we have that might work for our tragedy/comedy bits, etc. I think I'll likely treat this like we did the first mini where we update once a week and see what we still need - at least until we get closer to the end.

I really liked it! Definitely not what I thought it was going to be. I'm amazing at adding to my TBR and not remembering anything about the synopsis so I almost always go into books blind and for some reason I thought I remembered this being fantasy vs straight contemporary. LOL

I feel like the cover throws people off a lot. It certainly made me think "fantasy", though I knew it was a contemporary because of tons of friends talking about it. But the cover gives off a definite fantasy vibe!

You can always add to be used for words for story writing - we have a tragedy, and a comedy, to write. Figured that's a good place to fit spare books if you don't think they fit in other spots

Just finished The Gods of Guilt, another very good Mickey Haller book. Only one more left in the series, then I'll be caught up with that.

Now I'm focusing on The Seventh Year, which will complete one of my planned pairs.

I just finished Malibu Rising. I didn't put it on the mini tab as it fits multiple places and I thought I'd let others decide where it fits best. I've been doing that with all of my books. If that isn't how I should do it I can start placing them.
