SOLVED. Juvenile Fantasy book. Retelling of the Frog Prince. [s]

So, I read this book when I was still pretty young and I don't remember a ton of the details. The children's librarian recommended it to me. The story was a chapter book retelling of The Frog Prince. I don't remember much, but the princess had been turned into a frog, too. Her name was Jade, I believe. I think there was a frog on the cover.

Timeline-wise, I'm putting this somewhere between 1998 and 2002, give or take a year or so on each side. I think I was about 10 or 12 when I read it.
