It was about a girl (& perhaps siblings) visiting an aunt/grandmother in an old house. They find clues that lead them on a treasure hunt that were left by a father going off to the Civil War. He had left the treasure hunt clues for his children, but they had never found the first one. The girl & siblings (?) followed the clues in the house and grounds.
