Trying to find a book that was read between 2018-2020 by a student. Information I was given: The most I remember is that a new family with I think three kids moves into this new house, and the neighbour is this creepy lady who is actually a witch and warns them all to move out but when they don't the witch lady gets rid of the parents and sends the kids on these quests or something like that, and that the book itself had it's pages tipped in blue around the edge, I think the cover was purple but I'm not too sure. Maybe someone had coloured the page edges blue but I don't think so.
Does anyone recognise this book? Australian library. Thanks
