You Sexy Thing by Cat Rambo
Noor by Nnedi Okorafor (maybe as novella
The Echo Wife by Sarah Gailey
Ariadne by Jennifer Saint
A Desolation Called Peace by Arkady Martine

As for the winner, I would go for the last one

Yeah, it seems like there is a lot of momentum around A Desolation Called Peace.

I agree that Psalm will win, or at least ought to among those named

Philip (carrbear13) | 16 comments I'm gonna predict The Unbroken by C.L. Clark just because of her affiliation with the SFWA and how they like to reward their own. And in the past the Nebulas have nominated a lot of debut authors, although last year was an anomaly.

Also A Master of Djinn by P. Djeli Clark.

And then a few out-of-left field guesses:
Light from Uncommon Stars by Ryka Aoki
Machinehood by S.B. Divya
She Who Became the Sun by Shelley Parker-Chan
