I predict: We Are Satellites
The Echo Wife
A Desolation Called Peace
Sorrowland
The Chosen and the Beautiful
I will also predict Desolation winning.
For novella...Defekt
Fugitive Telemetry
A Spindle Splintered
Remote Control
A Psalm for the Wild-Built
And I bet Psalm will win.

I agree that Psalm will win, or at least ought to among those named

I'm gonna predict The Unbroken by C.L. Clark just because of her affiliation with the SFWA and how they like to reward their own. And in the past the Nebulas have nominated a lot of debut authors, although last year was an anomaly. Also A Master of Djinn by P. Djeli Clark.
And then a few out-of-left field guesses:
Light from Uncommon Stars by Ryka Aoki
Machinehood by S.B. Divya
She Who Became the Sun by Shelley Parker-Chan
