I am looking for this book i read in 2020 its about an italian man who lives/hides from rival family in states with his sister ( promised to elder son of rival family and is hiding too) and his son. He hires the female lead to teach his son english who mainly speaks italian and is infatuated with her.The female lead is on run she witnessed goons murdering her mother and are out to kill her too. Later it is revealed that a man running for mayor had raped the female lead's mother and was scared could become problem so he sents hitman to kill both mother and daughter. The hero saves her by killing the goons and later with the help of his brother kills the mayor.
The sister takes drugs and weeds to cure her terrible headache . She suffers from trauma of seeing his brother kill their father since he killed their mother in jealous rage
Also in the last scene of the book the rival family attacks and wants to take the child and the sister but the book ends with sister agreeing to vo with him if he leaves the child with his father.
