Awesome! Could I do medium, please and thank ya!

I finished a book for my task, and had already started on the next book in the series, when I went to fill in my maze. My next book needs to be a M-Z title with a body of water on the cover. the book I'd already started fits beautifully.
Little things like that make up for the hideous tasks, lol.

Wow these are very interesting books Emma. I have marked the first two as to-read. Thanks!

And now "Read a book with 21-30 chapters"! Which should be easy! But the three books I'm currently reading have 19, 31, and 32 chapters respectively and I want to throw them against the wall 😂

Anything political triggers my curiosity. I also read spy novels just to get that conspiracy theory vibe! Though these days there is too much politics going on in real world as well....
When the Maze commands, I will read the books or may be I can squeeze in TT9!

Lol... hahahahahahaha
I can't stop laughing! I am sorry for your situation but it's so specific that I can't stop laughing!
You have provoked the Maze I guess~ Bad maze-karma!!! hahahaha

Most of my so-called easy tasks have been similar so far, so I feel your pain, lol.

Look at me, dragging my IRLs down with me into challenge land...... hehehe
Been caught up with TT stuff for the last few days. Please carry on being patient and I'll get them set up in the next few days.

3 couples end up locked on a scary mansion in a escape room meets I know what you did last summer meets desperate housewives type of book.
So far, I am enjoying it.

The unfortunate thing is the edition I was reading has odd number of pages which I realized when I was putting it for the Maze. I am so angry right now
So now I got a dead end and will have to read extra to compensate. I so hate that book
Anyways, moving on to a book with even number of pages
Happy reading all~

It feels a bit boring... (and to be honest I'm also annoyed cause it's the worst task I've had so far - finding a book on the "the best urban fantasy" list. I don't like the genre in the first place and the list is - to put it mildly - one of the bigger messes on Goodreads, so it's really hard to find books to "cheat" with too.)

Not my genre either, but, if you have KU and about an hour, go get
A Shifter for Christmas.
Cute. Short.

It has to be on one of the lists, unfortunately :( otherwise I might just, an easy out isn't the worst option. So thank you for the rec!
I think I've decided on giving the first Kate Daniels book a shot... maybe it'll be a positive surprise

Direction ~ South (Title starts with N-Z)
H ~ Neverwhere ~ CFN: Hunter
E ~ Now, Then, and Everywhen ~ NFN: Eric
L ~ The Album of Dr. Moreau ~ CFN: Luce
P ~ The Medical Examiner ~ ALN: Patterson
And this one.....Read a book that is in the Amazon 2012 bestsellers (http://www.amazon.com/gp/bestsellers/...)
West (Odd Number of pages)
H ~ Cold Ridge ~ 309 pages ~ CFN: Hank
E ~ A Merciful Promise ~ 337 pages ~ ALN: Elliot
L ~ Forget Me Knot ~ 177 pages ~ AFN: Lori
P ~ The Toast of Time ~ 129 pages ~ C: Pennyroyal
Woah....and then a Non-Fiction List! I decided I'd better just pick one and read it! Lol!

This time my task is to read from the list of best series! My tasks are not so bad, right! I am really enjoying this maze game.

S The Silence of the Lambs
K Sputnik Sweetheart (character K)
I When We Were Orphans by Kazuo Ishiguro
P The Human Stain by Philip Roth

Task: Read a book that has 3 consecutive letters in the title

"I Made Fun of Myself"=DEF in the title.
But I could be wrong.

That's how I read it also.

Not a dumb question at all! Tricia and Jenny are right. You could also use Ella Minnow Pea: A Novel in Letters (L M N) as the letters don't have to be next to each other in the title.

My current task, insect on cover, is best filled with one from my TBR. But it's over 500 pages, so I refuse to read it until Towers. I've been hanging out for a week already!
