I read
. Devoured it in one day. 5 powerful stars. What an inspirational story. Definitely a top book for me. Can't wait to continue in the series.
I finished my first pick,
. I'm giving it 5 stars even though I'm not always a romance fan. It had a bit of mystery, characters that I actually liked, nice atmosphere, and an ending that came full circle tying everything up.
Jennifer wrote: "I've heard that about that series. Her Irish Village series is good, though."I'll see if I can find it. Sometimes the older cozies aren't on kindle.
Finished my first
Strangers in Death, another fun episode in J.D. Robb's Eve Dallas murder mystery series.review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
Bonnie wrote: "I'll be reading
with a bookclub and
with the Cozy Mystery group."I finished Twelve Mile Straight. It was well written, but I can't say I enjoyed it. Very depressing.
Finished
, gave it 3 stars. It was an ok book. It seemed to drag to me and as much as I wanted to get into the book I had to force myself to finish.
Finished
- 4 stars. I love Bob Goff and his writing. It's always inspiring to me and I always learn something new.
Finished my "Spring" green book for March and enjoyed it very much:
Spring by Ali Smith - 4* - My Review
@ Beth - Glad you liked it -- that's a great cover!
@Joy: I have to say I got a much clearer idea of what that book was about from your review than I did from the blurb!! Thank you.

Jennifer wrote: "@ Beth - Glad you liked it -- that's a great cover! ."Lol, others were commenting on the cover art and that is exactly what got me to read it….. and it was on kindle unlimited 🤩
I finished my 2nd book,
. At first I thought I would never finish it. I'm so glad I stuck with it as the characters came to life, the painting came to life, the boating came to life, the luncheon came to life! 4 stars (would have been 5 if it had grabbed me from the start).
I read that book years ago, Rhonda, and literally, if I were to write down what I thought of it, it would match what you wrote word for word.

- Finally read my green book and it wasn’t quite what I expected. Didn’t think it would read like yet another golf instruction book, but it did. At least had more practical tips that weekend hackers like me could use instead of the usual golf lessons from a club pro who thinks that after one hour with them, you’ll hit like Tiger Woods.
So you’ll have to tell us when you finally master golfing like a robot, Lance! We’re all going to want to see that…
I read one of my choices
3 stars. It's a novella which I didn't realize. Very quick read and interesting. Not sure if I'll continue with the series.
