Rachel A. (abyssallibrarian) | 3279 comments I only started reading quite late tonight so I didn't get to read as much as I thought, but I still managed to finish off The Heart Principle and get a small start on The Winter People. 112 pages in total for the day.

Rachel A. (abyssallibrarian) | 3279 comments Read 157 more pages today of The Winter People. Hoping to finish it off tomorrow, but I also have plans to go out with my cousin so I don't know how much time I'll have to read.

Kathy Jo (kjsotr) | 304 comments I went to a Concert last night, so I didn’t get much reading done. Hopefully I can finish my book today or tomorrow.

message 57: by Deborah (new)

Deborah | 348 comments It took all week but I just finished Inheritance by Christopher Paolini. I place it under "A long Book (500+ Pages)" to finish our first Focaccia. I also finished Booked by Kwame Alexander and put it under "A book with both black and white on the cover (not exclusively, but featuring both colors)"

We are reaching the finish line! Keep it up team!

message 58: by Louise (new)

Louise | 168 comments I just finished 2 books this evening - one for Italy and one for France :-)

JessicaMHR | 312 comments Friday (25): Read 63 pages and 5h 25m (that's from 4 different books).

I finished Transcendent Kingdom then added it to a new Mini Roll for book used for ATY challenge.

JessicaMHR | 312 comments Saturday (26): After reading for 5h 14m....I Finished Let's Talk About Love by Claire Kann (It's an Ace/Asexual read) and put it for a book with someone smiling on the cover.

I'm working on finishing Killers of the Flower Moon: The Osage Murders and the Birth of the FBI since it is due tomorrow.

Elizabeth (elizabeth1234561) | 224 comments Didn't really read today. MiL was in and we did a Costco run and I spent a lot of time playing pokemon go. 😂 probably won't do much reading until after 4pm tomorrow.

message 62: by Rachel (new)

Rachel A. (abyssallibrarian) | 3279 comments Finished off The Winter People today, but it's literally 2 am now so I'll have to look at the spreadsheet tomorrow instead.

message 63: by JessicaMHR (new)

JessicaMHR | 312 comments Well, I got almost halfway thru Killers of the Flower Moon: The Osage Murders and the Birth of the FBI. I'll try to finish it tomorrow.

Read 114 pages tonight.

Lynette Floyd | 44 comments Finished two audiobooks yesterday, Three Keys and Blood Water Paint.

Hey Louise, it doesn't seem to be adding up your audiobook time correctly. It might be because there are commas. Would you like me to fix?

message 65: by Johanne (new)

Johanne *the biblionaut* | 1668 comments Hi everyone. A very strange readathon for my part is ending soon. I'm usually very active, and I'm sorry for not being a better team player - next time will be better! I added my pages read and audio listened as a total on today (since I know what I've read but not exactly when). I finished two books and read in a couple others that I didn't finish. One of those books (The Wizards of Once) has a sour character (Wish's mother, the warrior queen is a sour one). I hope it doesn't mess up anyones plans - but it gives our third cannoli.

Hope you all had a great reading week!

Done :)

Lynette Floyd | 44 comments I finished Love & Saffron: A Novel of Friendship, Food, and Love and Under One Roof. I'm currently working on Six Crimson Cranes for sprinkles.

Put Love & Saffron on "book that food plays an important role" which gave us our 3rd cannoli. I put Under One Roof under "comfort read" which gave us our 2nd Mini Roll.

message 69: by Kathy Jo (new)

Kathy Jo (kjsotr) | 304 comments I hope to finish one more book tonight. I don’t see a shell on the cover, so I don’t think it will finish any category.

message 70: by JessicaMHR (new)

JessicaMHR | 312 comments Managed to finish Killers of the Flower Moon: The Osage Murders and the Birth of the FBI today.

Read 129 pages but, I'm not too sure where to fit it in yet.

message 71: by Rachel (last edited Feb 27, 2022 09:35PM) (new)

Rachel A. (abyssallibrarian) | 3279 comments Ended up reading three graphic novels today, despite getting a very late start to my day.

I read all of Drowned City: Hurricane Katrina and New Orleans (Goodreads says it's 96 pages, but my e-copy had 104, so may or may not count I guess), and I also read all of Heartstopper: Volume Two and Heartstopper: Volume Three.

I've put all three into the spreadsheet where I think they make the most sense.

message 72: by Deborah (new)

Deborah | 348 comments I finished two more books today. Julie of the Wolves by Jean Craighead George (I put it under "A book mostly set in the wilderness (rural area, forest, etc".) and Princess of Glassby Jessica Day George (I put this under "A comfort read" because it did not fit in any of the remaining open spots. At least the pages will count towards more sprinkles.) I may get a few more pages read before bed, but I don't think it is likely that I will finish another book before midnight.

It has been a fun week and good job team!

JessicaMHR | 312 comments Okay, so the whole book with a shell thing was bothering me and so I found a quick read to fit in there to get our second Madeleine.

I used Crab: 50 Recipes with the Fresh Taste of the Sea from the Pacific, Atlantic, & Gulf Coasts which has a bunch of crab shells on the cover. And yes I did read it and it was 192 pages long so I'm putting it there.

I also read another 10 pages of Hell of a Book.
