My sister and I wanna get tattoos from this children's book our mom read us when we were young. It was a picture book about having a little sister. They play dress up and the little sister annoys the bigger one and the mom always says something along the lines of "she's the only sister you've got." Someone gave this to me as a gift the year my little sister was born (1997) so it should be around that time? Help!
