Atlas/Geography: Coffee-table style book, funny excerpts throughout

This browsing coffee-style book features different countries and areas on each page. The facts listed are correct, but the author has several one-liner funny statements throughout to keep it interesting. It is for an adult audience. I believe it featured both regular pictures and cartoons with a big drawing of the country in the middle. Educational but funny.... the type you could pick up for 5 minutes to a random page. Likely published between 2000-2017.... my guess would be around 2010.
