A couple of kids leave school to go get things for their teacher after hearing that the teacher is sick and in the hospital. I don’t remember the order but they go to a store, a bakery, and one other place. At the store the kids convince a guy to buy wine for them (the guy even pretends to be their dad), and at the bakery they get a cake/pie but none of their plans go very smoothly. At the end they go to the hospital and find their teacher, which they then help sneak out of the hospital to have the picnic.
