SOLVED. YA Dystopian Fiction about girl who finds an item and goes to an underground world. [s]

I have been looking for this book for five years but I probably read it about 10 years ago or so. This girl is betrothed to a guy that she doesn't really like. She ends up finding a pocket watch or something that leads her to this underground/other city. She meets a guy and he helps her see the reality of things. I think there is a coffee shop or café or something that they go to in the city.

Similar style to Uglies by Scott Westerfeld and Matched by Ally Condie.
