Yes, they should have. Since they weren't, I've run the merge program on them again.

I ran across another edition (different book) that refused to merge yesterday. I turned it over to Staff, who couldn't get it to merge, either. They turned it over to the Development team. If this doesn't merge within the next couple of hours, I'll turn it over to Staff.
