book moved and merge editions

HI, I noticed one of my books disappeared off my author profile without explanation and I was wondering if it could please be moved back?

Chaos & the Geek is meant to be under the author profile of Elizabeth Stevens

Also, in finding this book, I also found extra editions of some of my titles. Could they please be merged? (I've put the incorrectly attributed versions first and the correct author profile versions second)
