She beat Lena every day for long periods of time using whatever she could find, one time Lena even was cut with a knife on her wrists because her mother was drunk and angry. Personality: Aella is smart/wise, kind, misunderstood, quiet, anaclitic, funny around people she likes, and a trouble maker. Her family gave her a bunch of emotional damage and trauma though. She has always wanted someone that tries to fix her, she's been without luck. Aella honesty just wants a romance with someone who understands her.

Background: (WARNING: Self-harm, substance abuse, child abuse] Aella grew up in a luxurious mansion with people at her beck and call, she grew up in a Inheritance Games Hawthorne type situation. Her mother came from old money and her grandparents were loaded. Aella hated all this and rebelled against it all, starting when she was five and everyone tried controlling her to wear dresses and fancy outfits. When she did this, she was beat and hurt violently with sharp objects. At age seven, Aella started to see herself as not good enough and tried to cut her skin with a pocketknife when she was alone. Her family never noticed, but her second-grade teacher did and filed report all this to the police. The police did nothing because Aella’s grandmother was captain of the local police department before retiring. Aella stopped after realizing that cutting herself wouldn't help, at the time her mother started drinking a lot and taking illegal substances. Aella was later diagnosed with autism, ADHD, OCD, dyslexia, and sociopathic tendencies. At age nine through twelve, Aella was beat daily and had a large Juvinall record for various things like smoking, graffiti, GTA, vandalism, disorderly conduct, arson, and assault to fellow students (she beat up some kids and they were hospitalized). She ran away at age thirteen and flew to camp by hearing of stories when she was little, and her mom was kind, she was later claimed at age fourteen. She stopped and never did that ever again, anything against the law again; yet she still jokes about doing illegal stuff.

Personality: Maple is a kinda and sweet person but can become defensive when wildlife is harmed for no reason or when someone attacks her. She is generally openly friends and loves to make friends but she is also easily flustered. Maple is also trustworthy and can keep secrets for her friends. She is known to be a great listener and doesn't interrupt people when they talk to her. Maple can be seen as a mother figure.
History: Maple was brought to the camp after her identity was found and from there Maple has helped the camp grow crops of food and tend to the wildlife nearby. she also interested in Thalia's tree though she doesn't dare touch it and she has been studying a lot about the tree. Maple hasn't made many friends as she is mostly working though she has been becoming a bit less busy.
Maple worries for the tree almost 27/7 and secretly checked on the tree a bit, she was caught and told to stay away from the tree and was given a punishment(forced banishment for a few days alone). now Maple is more shy after that incident and normally can be found around camp but more commonly near the strawberry fields or wildlife areas. maple is more secretive of her past after certain events.

couple other notes from my side
- maple is a child of demeter, why does she have a healing power? i don't believe that falls under demeter's domain
- why was she chosen to watch thalia's tree? what makes her so special? what was the punishment mentioned? please expand on this section
- camp half blood has a garden? do you mean the strawberry fields? i'm not so sure about this so there could be one and i'm not aware of it, but if you could check the camp map and clarify that there is or is not one
- i have to discuss this with the other mods, but thalia's tree probably doesn't need any protection. it has the golden fleece, so there's that, plus i doubt they would just let any camper watch over it after luke
the only thing i can answer right now is the tree, and that would be just the fleece

1. she has healing based on herbs! I forgot to add that!
2. she wasn't chosen to watch the tree- she chose to do it herself- the punishment is a secret.

2. see that's the thing. she cannot just "chose", the tree is a very important camp feature, it protects them from monsters. a guardian of the tree would be very carefully selected. if she's just interested in it, then please just list it as interest from her side instead of phrasing it as "watching over the tree" to avoid misunderstanding

4. i understand if it is a "secret", but the punishment must still be disclosed in her bio, although you can specify that no one else is aware of it. the moderators basically act as camp counselors, so we would have to know.

Powers: Can manipulate the mist, and has mild ghost summoning abilities, thanks to the fact that Trivia is the goddess of witchcraft, ghosts, night, crossroad, etc., although she doesn't use it often and it greatly exhausts her.

Personality: Tamira likes to help people, that's one thing that doesn't change. Whenever it's simply with a puzzle, baking cookies, or killing a hydra, she'll help if you ask, even if she spreads herself thin. She's generally friendly and content with letting other people take the lead, but isn't some who you should cross. She tends to hold grudges, even when her life is at risk, and is only willing to even consider forgiving people once they've saved someone's life. She usually places others before herself, and tries to keep a level head during emergencies, so others don't have to.
"Once upon a time..."
History: Once upon a time, there was a ordinary eight-year-old girl who had a loving father and many friends, who loved ballet and fairy-tales. Then, on a icy, snowy night coming home from her ballet recital-CRASH. Tamira was hanging upside down from her car seat, the left car door pressed against something something so it couldn't open, she crawled through the broken windshield, trying to ignore the fact that her dad wasn't moving and she was cold and the glass was cutting against her skin. It was cold enough that you could get frostbite from being outside too long, and it felt like her tears were being frozen before they even fell and like the blood that was slowly trickling from her arms and legs were freezing. It was a wonder she didn't die of cold, but after five hundred hours (fifteen minutes) someone finally noticed the small girl with the sparkly ballet costume and blue coat sitting in the snow with flecks of crimson surrounding her. Tamira was sick for while after that, when she had recovered she was told that instead of staying with her grandma, who some people had decided wasn't fit to care for an eight-year-old, and with her mom who-knows-where, she would be put into foster care. Every time, she always messed it up, whenever it was a good home. Sometimes the homes were good, sometimes that weren't, sometimes they were just okay. Her favorite home was one with a woman named Delia, a experienced foster mother, when she was ten. When she thirteen and was at one of the worser homes, she stormed off into the forest and was chased by a harpy that she stumbled into, finding Camp Half-Blood.

Background: (WARNING: abuse, death] Jace had a normal childhood except for one thing, he watched his father burn to death at age five when Jace was visiting his father at work. He bounced around in foster care for five years until Jace was ten. He vividly remembered the day his father died and was haunted by it for years. He never stayed in a home for more than two months and ran away after his twentieth family. He wanted to start a restaurant but never got the chance because a monster attacked him while on the run. He ended up at camp when Jace was fourteen and was claimed right away, no one expected there to be a Hestia kid. He soon found out from a dream that he was born from small flames in Jace’s father’s cafe fireplace after hours a few weeks after Hestia met Jace’s father, a chef from Chicago with a small cafe. Jace adores his mother and loves talking with her when she appears in his dreams and at camp.
