Children's/Middle Grade: Boy(?) in elementary/middle school hates his cruel teacher (middle aged? woman) and makes a voodoo doll of her, which he and his friend (same grade/teacher, girl?) stick pins in. Towards the middle/end of the book someone spills/purposely tips a thick liquid onto and creates a stain in the middle of the doll. Read 2012-2016 (probably 2014 or 2015)?
