Yes Em, I am glad Bag of Bones lost the polls. I don't think others would have enjoyed it as well. Of course I have seen some people give it 5 stars too. I thought of adding 11/22/63 by Stephen King in lieu of Bag of Bones. I sampled a few pages of 11/22/63 and it was much better. The time traveling part in that book was interesting. Leena suggested that a romance book be nominated for February. 11/22/63 has romance as well, according to the reviews I read. But before I could change the book on the nomination list the polls were already put up. I was like, there's still time till 15th January. So lemme change the nomination slowly, when I am free.

Leena, it's not a romance book but nevertheless it still has romance playing a major part in it. 11/22/63 is not a horror book. Not all books by King are horror books.

Romance in 11/22/63 is not as in romance books as the main plot but its something that is very necessary for the plot advance.
