Received my signed copy from Booktopia last Thursday. Also had a delivery of 10 library books on same day. Always try to read library books first so it will sit tantalizingly on my shelves for a little while yet,

I am infatuated with anything by Junji Ito I got:

Oh, wow.. I didn't realise this at all. I just got an email today saying I was successful for this and was very surprised as I wasn't quick to reply. Now I know why. Emboldened: On finding the fire to keep going when all seems lost

Saved by Cake by Marian Keyes

Second hand via a seller through Abe Books.

It was dirty, partially cleanable, and I emailed them. Less than 12 hours later the refund was processing. I was impressed with their promptness.

Hi Rowan, yes many times, have never had a problem. They must use a third party (I'm not entirely sure how it works) but they answer emails promptly and have a proper process. So, apart from that hiccup I mentioned, never have had a problem. All sellers I have used through Booko have been amazing, if books don't arrive I always get a refund etc.
