Thank you =)
I've been to Austria and I've met a very fascinating female vampire in Carmilla
by J. Sheridan Le Fanu
Rosemarie wrote: "I've met her as well, Nike!"Isn't she an intriguing lady to get to know =) (Much more interesting than Dracula I believe)
I've been to Vietnam in a beautiful short story collection Skogens salt
by Nguyễn Huy Thiệp. I know it has been translated to English with the title "Salt of the Jungle" but I can't find it here on GoodReads.
I've recently arrived from medieval Spain, just in time for the naming of the new country. Exciting. I started my journey in Alhambra, still muslim at the time. The book was The Bird King
by G. Willow Wilson.
The sixth book, (my pace concerning this board is not the best) for square G3 Book between 100 and 200 pages: Samlade Dikter
by Edith Södergran. Her collected poems, the mayor part of them set in Finland.
Rosemarie wrote: "I often lose track of my challenges this time of year."Well, I guess our minds are already focusing on the challenges next year - I know for sure that I am. 😊
