I'm playing Hades, I completely forgot that I had it and thought it would be a fun dungeon crawler to play. Elden Ring I haven't bought yet since I feel like I would lose some of my sanity trying to beat it.

Oh nice! Hades on my get-to list. And haha, yea, I'm definitely losing my sanity playing Elden Ring. I've taken to listening to audiobooks while playing since I kill so much time grinding out levels mindlessly.

Yeah, that's exactly what I've been doing too since the game is repetitive and an audiobook is perfect to listen to.

I don't think I'll get round to Elden Ring but husband is also listening to podcasts while playing it. He said he would lose his mind over the same music playing on loop.

Do give it a try if you like The Untamed :) I started watching The Untamed now and so far I'm not feeling it nearly as much but it's still fun. In fairness, the brainmelt I had over Word of Honor is probably not repeatable. Maybe I stumbled on it at just the right time and in the right mood or something but it worked for me perfectly. I would have immediately binged the book if there was a decent translation.

It is a bit of a chore to watch once you realize just how long it is. makes it a bit hard to binge lol. Oh yeah, I read a lot of Japanese and Korean stuff and finding good translations can be hard. I will try to get to Word of Honor whenever my anime mood goes down a bit though!

Yeah, if anyone feels like they won't be able to finish what they put on the sheet, I can spend a day reading a bunch of short books if needed so no need to stress out about them!

I could probably use some cover. I know I could get them all done, but it'd take off some of the pressure to finish if I had a few less. Dune is a monster to read/listen to.

Also, we may be getting some uno pixie reads to fill in here and there since Courtney hasn't checked in for awhile. So I'll fill in some of the more difficult ones from the uno pixie shelf. EDIT: Courtney does appear to be updating books on the shelf and adding stuff to the working sheet, so she actually may be around.

If anyone is interested in gender equity and/or international development… highly recommend “I Am a Girl from Africa”! It’s the first nonfiction book I’ve read in one sitting in a very long time.

And Beth has gotten back to me. Her books are good to go. The only issue remaining is Eli's remaining book, Angela's book (though I'm trusting she's good to finish by tonight unless she says otherwise), and Denise's book which is filled in on the working sheet but she hasn't updated her uno shelf to include it. We may need backups for them if anyone wants to do some quick reading today. I will be reading a quick cozy mystery for another challenge so I can back up for one of them.
