You've got an interesting mix, Elizabeth. I've enjoyed a couple; The Lion, Witch and Wardrobe, The Hound of the Baskervilles. I think I read The Iliad back in my university days but can't remember for sure. I do enjoy the PD James books. I haven't got to the Black Tower yet.
Enjoy your selections.

Nnaahhh; they aren't creepy at all. The Hound of the Baskervilles is excellent. Anytime you have a thrilling mystery on the English Moors; beware.

Elizabeth, you've got a great list. I loved Life of Pi, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, The Iliad & The Odyssey, and The Hound of the Baskervilles. Unfortunately, On the Road wasn't my cup of tea, but I'm glad I read it. I've wanted to read Jane of Lantern Hill forever, it was a consideration for my list this year, but it didn't make it. I hope you enjoy your choices!
Thank you all for your good reading wishes! I never read C.S.Lewis' book, but recently read Once Upon a Wardrobe by Patti Callahan which inspired me to read Lewis' classic story.Happy New Year to all!
