I liked that book a lot too, Beth!
I finished
and its sequel
(which was picked for me in another group, conveniently) and now am all caught up in this series. Four more PIFMs to go!
I finished

I finished it a couple of days ago as well, Gaylinn. I like that author.

I, Robot by Isaac Asimov - 4* - My Review
Glad I finally got around to reading this SciFi classic.

This YA Fantasy is a retelling of Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table set on the campus of UNC-Chappel Hill.
⭐⭐⭐💫
So this month ends on a high note with two great PIFMs!
Thanks Jackie! ☺️

The Inheritance of Loss by Kiran Desai - 1/23/22 - 4* - My Review

The Secret River by Kate Grenville - 1/24/22 - 4* - My Review
A great month of reading! Thanks, Martha!
Finished my last two picks:
which was riveting, and
which was set in one of my favorite time periods for historicals, WWII. Great picks this month!

I just finished up the third book that you picked for me.
The Tiger King is 5 stars, Under the Whispering Door is 4.5 stars and Pop 1280 squeezed by with 3 stars.

I felt like I was transported to Pastoral and immersed right into the middle of this story. Secrets, Lies and Mystery and that is just the beginning. The story had interesting characters and I loved all the little breadcrumbs that were weaved through out the story.
I just read the description of that - sounds twisty!
Gaylinn, no worries, we’ll look for you when we see you! Feel better.
