I liked that book a lot too, Beth!

I finished Muffin But Trouble (Merry Muffin Mystery, #6) by Victoria Hamilton and its sequel Double or Muffin (A Merry Muffin Mystery Book 7) by Victoria Hamilton (which was picked for me in another group, conveniently) and now am all caught up in this series. Four more PIFMs to go!

Desley (Cat fosterer) (booktigger) | 800 comments I finished my first pick The Shadow Sister this has been my favourite, I was so impressed with both the strong, independent animal loving women from the past, and the quirky bookshop that allowed you to sit in front of a fire, reading and being given coffee from the current time, I could just read it all over again. 5* read

Good show, everyone!

I've finished three of my five picks ( The Last Bookshop in London A Novel of World War II by Madeline Martin Muffin But Trouble (Merry Muffin Mystery, #6) by Victoria Hamilton Drop Dead Divas (Dixie Divas, #2) by Virginia Brown . I enjoyed all three. Two to go!

Desley (Cat fosterer) (booktigger) | 800 comments I finished my second pick White Nights yesterday, will round up to 3.5*, and I like the sound of somewhere where you can still read outside at midnight! I messed up with my third pick, which I am saving for next week, I forgot that while I bought Interlude Part 1, I then bought all 3 parts, and at the rate I'm reading, I might as well read the combined version

Denise (derickert) | 1272 comments Finished A History of Wild Places by Shea Ernshaw , gave it 5 stars.
I felt like I was transported to Pastoral and immersed right into the middle of this story. Secrets, Lies and Mystery and that is just the beginning. The story had interesting characters and I loved all the little breadcrumbs that were weaved through out the story.

I just read the description of that - sounds twisty!

Gaylinn, no worries, we’ll look for you when we see you! Feel better.

Gaylinn (cloonangyahoocom) | 15 comments Finished Her Hidden Genius. enjoyed the parts of her life outside the lab. But the science was just too much for me. This is definitely not a favorite of mine from this author.
