Looking for title of a book about werewolves

Im looking for a book its about an Alpha i think left his mate she got pregnant and didn't tell him for 17 years i fermenter something about him getting angry about her not telling him he had a kid that's all i remember it was an ad and i thought i added it to my library but didn't.
Hopefully someone can help sorry there isn't more info

Luci, when you say "it was an ad," do you mean you learned about the book from an ad? Was it a video ad like a TikTok or a TV commercial, or was it a magazine ad or a banner ad online? Where specifically did you see the ad (what website or magazine, for example)? When did you see the ad?
