Actually, the original title includes the further words as part of the title - it's not a subtitle. However, you should use the title of the book that you actually read, so this one would work.

Option 1.
A. April 11 is Barbershop Quartet Day. In honor of Barbershop and Beautyshop quartets, read a book with 4 words in the title/subtitle. Subtitles may be used or ignored for this task. AND
B. April 11 is also Eight Track Tape Day. Since 8 tracks were popular from the mid 1960s to the late 1970s, read a book first published between 1965 and 1979 (inclusive).
