I've gotten off to a bang with the month and have read 3 of your picks so far and only one was one on my TBR:

Desperate Measures: this one hadn't been on my radar at all but a lot of my other GR friends have also read it and enjoyed it. I listened to this one on audio and I think the narrators took some of the spark out of it because I didn't like the way they narrated. But man was this spicy! I was NOT expecting that out of a sexy Aladdin novel that's for sure. I gave this one *3.5 STARS* taking off 1/2 star for the narration.

The Boss Who Stole Christmas: this was funny and over the top -- exactly what I would expect from Jana Aston. It definitely put me in a holiday mood. I just hate that it was so short but I will definitely be continuing with series. *4 STARS* for this one.

Grinder: This is another book you recommended for me that I just did not have on my radar. I adored this one. I liked the main characters but also the secondary ones and I can't wait to read their stories too. I'm a sucker for hockey romances (even though I don't watch hockey IRL) so this was really right on target. *4 STARS*

So thanks for the great picks so far. I hope to get to some more before the month is out!

Hi Vanessa!

I finished If the Fates Allow: A Short Story from your list for me. I love Rainbow Rowell and this one didn't disappoint. I really liked the nod to Levi and Cath from Fangirl in the story!
I have borrowed several of your new picks for me from KU and I hope to get to at least one of them before the end of the month. All the rest are definitely going on my tbr for a later date. Thanks again!
