Thanks, Jennifer! I just be (finally) completely caught up with the series. If not, I'll be very close to it.
Michelle wrote: "I have not been able to do this challenge is a long time. But life is slowing down now and I am ready to jump in. Here are my choices..."Hello, Michelle. It's great that you're able to jump back into the challenge! You had at least three series listed that I so totally enjoy, so it was tough. I've decided to go with Granny Reid; I just love that lady.
Thank you Meg! I've been wanting to start that series. Happy Thanksgiving and Happy Reading to you!!!

They are fun!
I finished the next in the Sarah Booth Delaney series - Buried Bones earlier this month. It is well-written and the mystery turned out to be good, though it dragged a bit with all the possible suspects.
The MC is a true Southern belle - She stopped in the midst of the murder investigation to prep black-eyed peas for New Year's Day! 😅 (It's New Year's and mine are soaking as I write this.)
I'm reading the next one now - Splintered Bones

Finally finished my first in last month’s challenge,
and will start the second today. These books are great, but much longer and denser than the typical modern cozy.
