Short story read in the late 70's - 3 people in a bar, handsome bartender, homely woman and short fat bald man who all fall for the opposite person that's fallen for them

This was a short story I read while in college in the late 70's. Setting is in a bar where there are 3 people - (1) handsome man - bartender who falls for (2) tall homely woman who falls for (3) short fat bald man who falls for the (1) handsome man - bartender.
