Nice job! I'm fresh off a nap so I'm ready to get back at it! :-)

What are you reading right now?

How many books have you read so far? 4
What book are you most looking forward to for the second half of the readathon?

Have you had many interruptions? How did you deal with those?
I had a zoom meeting for my support group I had to attend. I also had an unplanned nap for 2 hours. I went to my hour meeting and took a nap for two hours,
What surprises you most about the read-a-thon, so far?
That I could actually take a nap with the massive amounts of caffeine I've consumed..lol

What fine part of the world are you reading from today?
Mountain Time USA
Which book in your stack are you most looking forward to?

Which snack are you most looking forward to?
EVERYTHING!!
Tell us a little something about yourself!
I can read a Physical book while walking, It's a super power
If you participated in the last readathon, what’s one thing you’ll do different today?
If this is your first readathon, what are you most looking forward to?
I will start off with Caffeine and keep it going all day. Last readathon I thought I'd wait until I needed the caffeine and then I'd drink it. I also will listen to my body and nap when I need to.

To be completed during the readathon!

1. How would you assess your reading overall?
I think I achieved what I'd planned to achieve. Overall, I stuck to selections from my TBR options planned.
2. Did you have a strategy, and if so, did you stick to it?
One of my items is planning items prior to the readaton. I plan my snack options, TBR options and formats available too. Additionally, my goal is usually to complete partially read books and read Novellas and short stories.
3. What was your favorite snack?
Stewed Fish and FuFu, Air Fried Chicken, Jasmine Rice, Green Beans...essentially real food vs snacks were my jam this readathon.
4. Did you add any new books to your TBR/wishlist after seeing what everyone else is reading?
Nope, I preplan TBR options. I did add a current read to my TBR (only because I was already reading it).
5. What was your favorite book or experience from this readathon?
Favorite Book:

Favorite Experiences: My first unplanned nap (while listening to an audio book. Also my hot shower while listening to an audio book.

Ahaha, sounds cute!
Great to hear that planning works well for you

We usually do a reverse readathon in August (starting at 8pm EST instead of 8am). I hope the new mods will keep up the tradition!
Lena good to hear you will be back. . . .I see you read some Becoming by Michelle Obama. When I read that book, I fell in feminist love with her. I hope you will enjoy that book as much as I did :-)
See you in August.
