Modern-ish YA fantasy book where they aren't really human and all have powers( they might be fae or someting not sure). She is a younger sister and believed to be the weakest in her family but that changes later in the book. She has the power to always find items that are lost and i think that evolves to finding people as well. I also know that there is a cop with possible secret service vibes in it and the older sister is married. Last vague tid bit is something about a count or countess that steals souls or powers from others. Can't think of more than that for the moment. I read this book somewhere between 2010-2016, I don't know if it was new at the time.
