Hi guys! I am here. You were so quick with the last category!! Thanks for covering. I was at my mom's with breakfast yesterday morning at 7:00 am and went all day. Got her all moved in and settled and unpacked (except pictures on walls) and she had 2 meals in her new dining room with other residents and then I left for the 2 hour drive home at 8:30 last night. Was totally exhausted by the time I got here. So glad my brother and his wife live in London. And my sister-in-law drove in to help as well. Just one more trip up this weekend to finish cleaning out the old apartment of all the things she couldn't take with her.

3.5 rating. Sweet, yet kinky omega alpha universe. Two broken MC’s who find love and healing. I did like how this romance centered around books and the bookmobile. Overall a good read.

I have two series now I need to read!!!I hope our next task and bingo helps me out.
Strange Medicine and Nice Dragons Finish Last
I have had great books the last couple rounds. I am enjoying myself
I might have to break down and purchase the Dr Maxwell Thornton series. I’ve been wanted to read them for a while.😉
I love them. I have the first three as I won them for a launch party on Facebook. I think it was for book three. I go to different launch parties every week. I usually do not win.

After reading some reviews of this, I wasn't sure if I would enjoy it or not. That together with this being a new author to me had me waiting the longest time to pick it up. I shouldn't have worried though. It was so good. Both Atlas and Cristian were great characters and I found myself rooting for them pretty much from the beginning while also very much enjoying the ride of the story itself. And it was a wild one. Not even the cliffhanger ending bothered me. Maybe because I was prepared for it. Yes, I read spoilers.
The writing was great and flowed really well. As was the pacing. I very much enjoyed how piece by piece of the mystery slowly was unraveled. Usually I find it quite tiring only having one point of view throughout the whole book, but I really enjoyed being in Atlas head.
I can't wait t0 see what's next for Atlas and Cristian.

Look, I just think I had too high expectations after reading some of this author's other works. This one didn't really work for me. I don't know if it was the language and that the beats felt a little off. It wasn't all bad, but I don't think I'll remember this book a week from now.
Bingo was easy for me. I needed a book with erotica tag for my monthly challenge… dug up an old kinky favorite How to Train Your Dom in Five Easy StepsLove it when a book fits two challenges.
Gustaf wrote: "I'm going for Roots of Evil"Oh, I need to read that one too! Maybe it will fit the next task.
Bingo does not fit the two series I want to read. I am not behind in it so will wait a day or two to pick it

Review: This story was nice, and sweet, and took 2 men who both had issues (Noel kicked out of house by parents when came out and spent 3 years living in a shelter) and Lincoln (fell in love with ex-hooker who died from AIDS 10 years previously). Both had baggage and found love and understanding in the other, but I found the prose fairly repetitive. I also thought that Lincoln's lifestyle was fairly unbelievable as the only cook in a diner that was open 7 days a week. He started working around 4:00 a.m and finished at 11:00 pm every day but Sunday when he closed after lunch to do paperwork and had maintained that schedule for around 10 years with no breaks? Hard to imagine. And then when he tells Noel he wants to cut down a bit to spend more time with him and Noel won't let him?? What??! And he is a Dom who needs a BDSM relationship but hasn't had sex in almost 10 years?? What?! And when he finds a sub, he is fine to snuggle for a while and not get physical? Just was very unrealistic. And what's with Noel who is the sweetest guy on earth tellilng off Lincoln's brother? Some of the story just wasn't that believable.

Here is your next task!Task 20 - 92. Read over 1500 pages in books set in the future or the past - teams decide.
As a team decide whether your books will be set in the past or in the future, then read at least 1500 pages set in that time frame. ‘Historical’ or ‘Futuristic’ tags will qualify depending on the selected time frame. If looking for specific years, it would need to be 25 years to the future or the past. Remember to use the first edition Kindle page count.

I love Percival and Griffin as everyone who knows me knows! This was the first book and this was when They first start to discover the secrets of the paranormal all around them. I loved the kiss! I loved how Percival kicked ass to save his man. I loved revisiting my favorite couple ❤❤

I read this all night and could only remember bits and pieces. I loved it. Stephen and Crane coming together was explosive with flying birds. The mystery and how the evil warlocks were destroyed was epic!!!
Emily is off tomorrow and we are going to binge the series. I read the book Shadow of Night a long time ago but I am going to reread it to see where the series made the story better or worse 😂😂Truthfully was not planning to read it but why not?
Btw does it have to be tagged historical. The first two Harry Potter books have in the precip set in 1992 and 1993. Almost 30 years ago.
Wende wrote: "I am read the Magpie book first if I find a better book for my other I will read it"What!? You’re not reading Widdershins 😮
I wanted to so bad but it is not set in England for bingo but I am not reading the Shadow of Night as I started to read a bit and I hated it. I gave it four stars and just disliked it now. What is up with that?So going to read my all time favorite book Widdershins thank you very much!!!

Just waiting for it to show up on kindle next week! I might refresh mine as well. Almost done with the magpie book. I have not read it in years. It is almost like reading a new book. 😂
It is almost 7:00 am and I pulled a Gustaf. I am now going to bed. I will read my other when I wake up.

I'm not much for historicals but neither am I a fan of books in set in the future, so I guess this is a lesser choice of two evils x)
Gustaf wrote: "I'm not much for historicals but neither am I a fan of books in set in the future, so I guess this is a lesser choice of two evils x)"Yep! But I love historicals but not mm one unless they are paranormals.
Gustaf wrote: "I'm not much for historicals but neither am I a fan of books in set in the future, so I guess this is a lesser choice of two evils x)"I personally love space opera over historical.😁
Anything sci -fi, futuristic etc have me in a twist. Remember when we had to read sci-fi for an SH task last year. I had such a hard time with it.
