SOLVED. YA/ Children’s book about a boy and his mum and brother who go on a holiday to the jungle/ rainforest and there’s a fire and the boy and his brother get separated from their mum, and have to survive. [s]

In the end they find their mum and get airlifted to a hospital.
I remember their being little tips on what to do if you are caught in a fire - stay low to the ground etc.
I think it would have come out in the late 90s/ early 2000s as I read it as a child!
