Anne-Marie Madore | 8 comments Stormie Omartian is one of my favorite Christian authors, and I have several of her books in my faith library. I'm about to finish, The Power Of The Praying Woman, and reading it has greatly blessed me. I'll expand more on how it blessed me in the book review I plan to write upon finishing it. Looking forward to seeing what others in the group are reading.

E.C. (eccoltonauthor) | 3 comments I'm currently reading Amanda Dykes' SET THE STARS ALIGHT, and it's been amazing so far! I've read her other book previously, WHOSE WAVES THESE ARE, and I love her prose and the themes she deals with in her writing.

message 4: by Kristina (new)

Kristina Hall I'm reading The Secret of Emerald Cottage by Julie Lessman and Woman in Shadow by Carrie Stuart Parks. Both have been good so far!

Anne-Marie Madore | 8 comments Proverbs is one of my favorite books in the Bible. I was delighted to come across Proverbs for a Woman's Day, with a subtitle: Choosing a Life of Excellence written by Elizabeth George. It's so refreshing to read a daily chapter in Proverbs, followed by what Elizabeth George shares in her book on that particular proverb. I'm on Proverbs 8, so I still have 23 to go. Looking forward to tomorrow's chapter reading.

Susan Dalessandro | 6 comments I am currently reading Children of Little Might by Peter D' Hollander, a unique and fascinating read which begs the question, as written on the cover, 'Can autism be the best superpower of all?'

Anne-Marie Madore | 8 comments I recently purchased The Triumphant Church - Dominion Over All the Powers of Darkness by Kenneth E. Hagin. I was going to wait and read it later, but after reading a couple of pages I'm all in. It's amazing how a book written in 1993 is even more relevant for today, and the times we are living in.

Denise Eaton | 4 comments I'm currently in the middle of Bloody Spade by Brittany M. Willows. I am absolutely LOVING this book and so glad there is another coming to read in this universe. I had to take a pause in it with wedding prep and honeymoon, but I've readjusted to being home now and should get to finishing it up soon enough. I'd recommend this to anyone who loves fantasy and anime styles.

Victoria Liiv (victorialiiv) | 7 comments My December read will be Madness by Paityn Parque. And by December read I mean that I really am that slow in reading a book these days that I need a whole month for it!

Tenkara Smart | 2 comments Currently reading Aethermarked: A Dark Fantasy GameLit Isekai and it's a good GameLit book - exciting story idea and great writing.

Also listening to two audiobooks - Never, Ken Follett (great political thriller/historical fiction) and The Dictionary of Lost Words which at the 10% mark is delightful.

Recommend all of these books so far if you're looking for a) GameLit b) Political Thriller/Historical Fiction c) Fiction (not sure where the book is going to say enough about the genre but so far, love it) :)
