Illustrated kids book about the man in the moon from the 80/90’s. The moon was made up of light bulbs and his job was to change them. He fell in love with a women on earth and would slowly turn off the light bulbs in the moon and when the moon was dark he would climb down a ladder to see her for one night then would go back to the moon and slowly turn the lights back on (phases of the moon).
