Hi there! How is everyone?

Soo far I liked The Hooker and the Hermit and Faking Ms. Right, both were really nice.
Currently reading Whiskey Dick but I'm not sure if I'm going to actually finish it. It's kinda boring...

Hi Fran, I just finished reading The Daughter Of The Pirate King — I greatly enjoyed the book. I loved the romance and the action in the book, even though the characters did come across as one dimensional every now and then. I’ll definitely be reading the sequel; if I ever get around to posting a review for this one, I’ll message you.

Thanks for the rec! 😊

Oops sorry I totally forgot that but it was a good book. I need to do a re-read so I can continue the rest of the books ;-)

Mony (mony1) | 739 comments MKat, I did end up reading two books. Not sure I'll have time for more...

Stroke of Midnight (Cinderella, #1) by K. Webster- I enjoyed the book so much I binged on the trilogy. Not for the faint of heart, this is a crazy, dark, fun, erotic read.
Cold-Hearted Rake by Lisa Kleypas- First book in Ravenel series. Great story about the new Lord Ravenel and the now dispossessed women living on his new estate. Will be going on with the series. 4★

1) September, or ”Septem”

Hi Adi! Well i did terrible at reading in September... didn't help that my kids soccer season kicked in and I've been trying to clean/organize/purge our house. Didn't leave much time for reading, and the time I did have, I'd fall asleep! Soooo I didn't do justice to your awesome list, though i did get one done and two more that are nearly there!
Searching for Perfect (Searching For, #2) by Jennifer Probst - finished!
The Wisteria Society of Lady Scoundrels (Dangerous Damsels, #1) by India Holton - halfway there! I really wanted to like this one as it was quirky and different, but I really struggled getting into it! Still only halfway and really close to DNF-ing it as I just can't focus on it!
Happy Ever After (Bride Quartet, #4) by Nora Roberts - half done and keep trying to sit and read it!

Most of the rest are moved to October though and many are audiobooks now so hoping I can make better progress!
THANK YOU for the awesome picks!
