I smoosh Urban Fantasy and romance together to make a glorious unmarketable mass of spec-fi. I won't touch you with the romance cooties unless you ask me to :D

Hope you all are enjoying the holidays!

I read quite a bit of comics, and used to read a bunch of books, but for some reason i fell off rythm for a while. This april i decided i wanted to go back to reading, and I'm kinda catching up on stuff i had missed

Mostly a lurker on r/fantasy. :D
If you want, leave a friend request on Goodreads. Always good to know what other readers enjoy right now. :)

Hoping to find some good recommendations following this group!

Feel free to add me :D

I'm into all genres but fantasy is my bread and butter. Happy to receive friend requests!

Some random facts about me are that I knit, lover/reviewer of tea, and I am getting my BA in English Language and Literature to become a professor.

The traveler draws cloak tighter about him. The cold wind blows across the desert sands. All about stretches a red dust infinity of dune and bone, ruin and shattered stone...
A blood-stain of a sun falls towards the horizon. Behind the traveler, come faint howls. Wolves? Wind? Ghosts maybe, of ancient book clubs, forgotten web-pages of bad lit-chatter. Horrible undead remnants of civilization, shadows of fantasy staining the clean wasteland sand...
DSM hurries on. A light in the distance! He sees figures huddled about a cheering campfire. Telling stories. People still do that?
He considers. Might be cannibals, or mutants, or grim-dark zombie types. Editors, even. But the fire looks warm and inviting...

I'm /u/Tigrari on Reddit and I read almost exclusively SF & F.
Thanks to r/Fantasy my TBR has exploded in recent years, but it means I'm never at a loss as to choices of what to read next!

I'm here mostly to participate in more discussions about fantasy novels with like-minded people and am excited to be part of more groups involving that.
I frequently comment over on r/fantasy, and sometimes post as I just enjoy being involved in a community like this.

I'm u/Dragon_break and really love fantasy. Hope make friends here and share books and discover new ones.

I'm /u/CyniqueOptimiste, and I'm the author of the Gods Inc. series - 2 books for now: Incompetent Gods and Inclement Gods; the third, Incoherent Gods, due to come out in the fall.
I'm learning how to use Reddit very slowly, so I just found this group. But hey, just in time, because I'm scheduled to be Reddit's Fantasy Author of the Day next Monday. Come and AMA!

I'm /u/Hawkun on Reddit. I'm mostly a lurker. A few months ago I decided to play less computer games and start reading more. Now I'm loving tearing through all these great books that I've missed over the years. I'm glad I stumbled upon /r/fantasy as it has been such a great source of recommendations.

I bought Kings of Paradise last night and excited to start it with the group.

I'm the author of The Worst End User: And Other Stories, which is a collection of IT short stories originally posted on Reddit. I also wrote an RPG called Cold Start, and most recently a fantasy novel called The Wizards on Walnut Street.
I love Fantasy and Sci-fi. It is literally my life.

I would be interested!

Awesome, I'll PM you.

Anyway, I’m hoping I can participate in next month’s book club. Can’t wait to see what the selection will be.

I would really like trying out the monthly book discussion.
