Her arms looped loosely around him, Scarlet looked up with one eyebrow raised, a small smile teasing her lips. "Your girl, huh?" she repeated, feeling a great sense of satisfaction from two short words. He had always been protective of her, but she had never heard him put it like that. As she studied him, she noticed that Alex had calmed down significantly and she was glad to see him relaxed once again.

Alex nodded and said "Mhm. My girl." amd he lightly and softly kissed the tip of her nose before pulling back to look at her expression with an slightl happy smile that was plastered on his lips as the words he just said "his girl" seemed to just come roll off his tongue naturally
Scarlet smiled, feeling herself blush from the combination of his words and his innocent kiss. She got the feeling that moments like this would make her wonder why she had waited so long to tell him how she felt. Biting her lower lip gently, she replied, "I think I like the sound of that."
Alex chuckled a bit and said "Of course you do." as he kissed her cheek softly and went from across her cheek to the corner of her mouth and her lips before pulling back a bit. Even though he had drank some beer he wasn't drunk and was still thinking clearly as well as in control of himself.

Scarlet went still when his lips brushed over hers. She rolled her lips into her mouth and looked up at him, her gaze turning slightly suspicious. "You taste like beer," she said quietly, assuming that was the reason for his earlier violence and the gentleness he was displaying now; he was under the influence.
"Two swallow but that was all. I'm not drunk." Alex promised as he looked at her with an amused look in his eyes. He was amused at the idea of her thinking he was drunk. Of course he would drink beer but not enough to get him drunk or anyhing else like that, knowing that Scarlet wouldn't approve him of being drunk
Scarlet quirked an eyebrow at him, her fingers absentmindedly playing with the hair that curled at the back of his neck. "You only had two drinks of it? They what? You left an unfinished beer somewhere? How wasteful, that's like... a party sin or something," she teased, the hint of a smile creeping over her lips. Scarlet was glad Alex wasn't drinking much, though. Besides, he needed to stay sober enough to drive her home tonight and it wasn't like he was about to let her drive his precious car.
Alex chuckled a bit and replied "I don't know. What are you going to do about it if it is?" and he bit his lip as he tried his best not to show the fact that he was actually enjoying her playing with the hair on the back of his neck, his arms wrapped aroumnd her waist.
Scarlet wore a crooked grin when he bit his lip. Alex's arms were warm against her skin and she was glad she had only decided to wear shorts with her swim suit. "Hmm. I don't know, but I think you're going to have to repent some way," she replied thoughtfully.
"Oh? and how do you think I am going to do that?" Alex said as he looked at her with amusement in his eyes and on his face and he ran his fingertips up her sides slowly then back down to her waist
Scarlet opened her mouth to reply, but nothing came out. "Well I can't think of a good punishment with you doing that," she scolded jokingly, narrowing her gaze at him. The gentle caress of his fingers over her skin caused goose bumps to pop up and clouded her thoughts, leaving her helpless in coming up with a clever response.
Alex laughed softly and he said "Sorry." though he continued to run his fingertips up and down her sides lightly but he stopped after a few more times doing that so Scarlet could think of a way to punish him
When Alex kept it up for a little while longer, Scarlet got the feeling that he wasn't sorry in the slightest. But then he finally stopped and she wished he hadn't... at least she could think straight now. "For starters, no more beer for you," she said slowly, her fingers still playing in his hair. "We can't have you cracking open a cold one just to leave it sitting somewhere wasted>'
Alex thought about it then he nodded slightly and said "Okay. No more beer." and he closed his eyes slightly in pleasure as he felt her fingers continue to play woth his hair
Scarlet bit her lip to keep her grin from growing any bigger when she saw his eyelids fall low. It seemed she had some effect on him after all. "And... no more tormenting me. No more jumping off thirty foot cliffs, no more wandering hands," she listed off, her hands leaving his neck and trailing over his sides in an imitation of what he had just been doing to her. "And no more trying to kiss me senseless in the middle of a party."
Alex kept his eues closed slightly as he listened to her and he nodded slightly though hesitant at her first one though he didnt want to stop tormenting her as well as to her second question though he moved his hands to grab her arms around her wrists gently to stop her hands and held them a bit away from his body as he opened his eyes to look at her. He figured that since he had to listen to her and do things he kind of didnt like that he was gonna have to do the same thing back.
Scarlet looked down when he took a hold of her hands, pushing them away from him. She raised an eyebrow as she read his expression. So that's how it's gonna be, she thought. "So I'm being punished too, hmm? I wasn't the one who left a half drank beer somewhere, Mr. Garcia," she said, now only the hint of a grin playing at her lips.
"I said i only had two drinks from one bottle. Nothing about leaving it unfinished." Alex replied simply as he let go off one of her hands and held her other hand in his, moving her hand to the side of his face
"Well, unless you downed an entire beer in two drinks, technically it was unfinished," she teased lightly as her smile grew a little. His skin was warm under her hand, something she had always wondered about. It never seemed like Alex was cold. Hardly thinking about it, Scarlet grazed the pad of her thumb gently over his smooth, tan skin.
"Not really. I gave the rest to my friend." Alex murmured and he smiled slightly as he felt her stroke his cheeck a bit and he leaned his cheeck gently into her hand as he kept his hand over hers and closed his eyes a bit, just enjoying feeling her hand against his cheeck
Scarlet watched him tenderly, wondering how he could have gone from being a roiling mass of rage minutes before to this. "Hmm, well, I guess that isn't so bad," she said thoughtfully, her fingers brushing over his cheek bone. "Maybe you don't need to have two punishments..."

"So your saying that though maybe i dont need two punishments i should still get punished anyways?" Alex murmured with amusment in his vouce a bit though he kept his eyes closed as he felt Scarlets finger keep on brushing his cheek.
Scarlet grinned, biting her lower lip before responding. "I think just one punishment should suffice," she decided, her fingers still traveling over his smooth skin. "And because I'm feeling particularly generous for you saving me from those idiots, I'll let you choose your punishment. Which will it be? No beer or no torment?"
Alex listened to her silently as Scarlet spoke and he was silent for a buit more longer then before when she finished speaking, thinking the two choices over in his head then after a while he said "No more beer." as he opened his eyes and he gently moved her hand from his face back to her side and he was able to think again
Scarlet met his gaze when he returned her hand back to her side. She was trying to decide how she felt about his decision. On one hand, he might let her touch him again. On the other hand, he might touch her again and that just left her hot and flustered. "Good choice," she said after a brief pause.
"Hmmm." Alex murmured softly and he tried his best not to grin or smile as he looked back at her with amusment in his eyes. For sure he was going to be tortureing and teasomg her later as ay guy would do to their girl but he figured that Scarlet wouldn't want him doing that right then at the moment
Taking advantage of her momentarily clear mind, Scarlet looked around them, but found none of their surroundings familiar. "Mind finding our way back to the party?" she asked. Alex was the one who had been here before, she hoped that he had a better idea of he lay out of he house than she did. The only evidence that there was a party going on was the music that seemed to vibrate through the walls and floor.
"Hmmm." Alex murmured as he looked aeound trying to remember the way out of the house. He had been there a few times but mostly stayed outside or was in one of the guest bedrooms near the front of the house. After a couple of seconds he remembered the way out and he began walking towards the front of the house, holding Scarlets hand in his
Scarlet smiled, happy that he could remember their way back. She had taken random turn after random turn and there would have been no way she could remember the way back to everyone else. Holding his hand tightly, she slid her fingers between Alex's as she allowed him lead her through the house. She just hoped the guys from the kitchen would be smart or at least sober enough to stay out of their hair.
Alex smiled a bit as he felt her fingers slid between his and he continued walking until they got to the front part of the house back in the living room though he didnt seem to be paying attention. The after taste of the beer he just had was coming back and he didnt like it as it left an weird taste in his mouth and he knew he needed to brush his teeth to get rid of the taste or at least drink a few bottles of cold water or get some breath mints
The growing volume of the music was the evidence that they were heading in the right direction and it eventually came to an all time high when they reached the living room, the origin of the music thumping through the house. There were a few people dancing, some others standing to the side, talking, though she had no idea how they could hear each other over all this noise. Scarlet looked to Alex and he had an odd look on his face. "Everything okay?"
Alex looked at her and nodded slightly and said "Yeah. Just need something to wash out the after taste of the beer." though he was careful not to be breathing on her face so that the smell of beer didnt hit her face as he looked around at everyone else, the music not botherung him despite how loud it was
Well, a simple solution to that would be to not drink any beer, she thought to herself, and she was glad that he had agreed to not drink anymore. "Do you want to get something to drink?" she asked him, knowing the after taste he was referring to, having experienced it after her first and only time having beer.
