I'm looking for a middle grade book I read sometime between 2000-2012 about children (perhaps cousins?) who go to stay with their uncle (I think?). I believe it's set in the UK and there's a motorcycle with a special sidecar. The house is full of inventions. He's kidnapped shortly after (the next day?) when they wake up and they must solve clues to find him, traveling to the Arctic? The book also involves a daughter of a rich celebrity whose mother secretly plots to have her undergo plastic surgery & a brain (?) surgery to make her less boyish/more compliant. I believe it had a light colored cover.
