Book about a sort of abusive re-educational facility for young misbehaving teens and their rich parents send them there.

So in this book, the main character is sent to a camp for young children by their rich parents. I read this when i was incredibly young so i’m not entirely sure of the MCs gender but i believe him to be a male. Our MC misbehaves a lot and is sent to a re-educational facility by his parents, this educational facility supposedly has a great reputation. I’m also pretty sure that this facility kidnaps the teens instead of just dropping them off but that could be a false memory.

This facility is incredibly abusive and put the kids there through all manner of hell to make them more obedient. Our MC however is much more resilient and is constantly planning mischief and finding ways to escape. One such method is setting something on fire and escaping when the fire trucks arrive, although i cant remember if this attempt was successful or not.
