So first create the hyperlink on word then copy paste it on your draft. And if you want, change the text of the hyperlink… It makes people aware that it’s a link.

There is a block called 'masonry' and after inserting the pictures, click that 3 dots option which will give you more setting.
In that select 'L' instead of 'XL'
