then um... u go to add items, it's right underneath...
then type all the menu pgs u want
then say u want to keep 'review and rating' and 'book tag' under 'about'
so u drag the two of them under about.
then click on reorder

ull get 4 arrows. click on the third one frm ur left.
that'll make ur ratings and book tags go under ur about

also if u want to keep specific posts under specific menus (like how Chai has done @bookswithchaima) then- assume u want all top ten Tuesday tags under the top ten Tuesday page which is a drop-down under miscellaneous part on menu.
so
create the TTT category (in ur admin dashboard hover ur mouse over Posts)
then
go to menu---primary----click on add category---select the TTT category n add it---then drag it and etc whatever I said in the previous mssg---then add your TTT category to ur Top Ten Tuesday post. Only then when u publish ur post it'll come under the Top Ten Tuesday section which itself is a drop-down under miscellaneous.
