Marilla of Green Gables-Sarah McCoy-7/6-💙💙💙💙💙

Beautifully written story about the young girl Marilla Cuthbert. The author has been able to capture the spirit of Lucy Maud Montgomery and her "Anne Girl." The author was able to weave a story around a mystery concerning Marilla and John Blythe that has always cause me to wonder. As I read this book, I found myself in that same calm and uplifiting mood that always comes from a Lucy Maud Montgomery story. A true treasure.

Review - Set in the Kate Daniels world 8 years later. This series of books will be focusing on Kate's adopted daughter, Julie, that had left at the end of the Kate Daniels series. Julie now goes by Aurelia Ryder and she is back in town to protect her adopted family and to solve a murder. She can't let Kate know she is back in town or a prophecy will come true and Kate will die. While back in town someone from her past shows up as well and is pretty pissed that she ditched him.

This was fun because we have some new characters and some old ones that pop up from the other books. I can't wait to see what happens in the next book.

I finished Pies and Prejudice. It was a cute cozy mystery. I'll probably continue on with this series.
